The Mentors
Andrea Rodini – Master Vocal Coach & Visionary Music Producer Andrea Rodini stands as one of Italy’s most influential vocal coaches, producers, and performers—a powerhouse of eclectic artistry whose impact on the Italian music scene is both profound and enduring. Born in Milan in 1970, Andrea began his musical journey with classical training at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory before venturing into jazz and modern singing at Milan’s Civic Jazz School, where he graduated in 1995. His insatiable curiosity for the human voice led him to study a spectrum of styles, from Flamenco and harmonic singing to the ancient Indian art of Dhrupad. A true pioneer, Andrea co-founded the trailblazing multicultural band TEKA P and the avant-garde vocal trio Le Voci Atroci, garnering critical acclaim and multiple music awards. His versatility and deep musical knowledge made him a sought-after educator at institutions like the CPM Music Institute and the Conservatorio G. Verdi.
Andrea rose to national fame as the vocal coach on X Factor Italy (2008–2010) and The Voice of Italy (2015), where he helped shape the careers of Italy’s top talent—including Mahmood, Arisa, Renzo Rubino, and Noemi. His work as conductor and arranger at the Sanremo Festival has earned him numerous accolades and cemented his reputation as a master of vocal performance and production.
Today, Andrea is the Artistic Producer and Musical Director of the Porto Rubino Festival, where he continues to inspire the next generation of Italy’s most exciting voices.
Tommaso Ferrarese – Head of Singing, CPM | Vocal Coach to the Stars At the helm of the Singing Department at CPM Music Institute, Tommaso Ferrarese brings unmatched versatility, experience, and passion to vocal education. A multi-instrumentalist trained at the G. Verdi Conservatory of Milan, Tommaso’s musical foundation spans violin, piano, choral singing, theory, solfeggio, and composition. He expanded his artistry through jazz and contemporary studies, diving into singing, guitar, bass, trumpet, and performance.
Tommaso’s performance credits are extensive and illustrious. From composing and performing in theatrical productions to sharing stages with Take6 and CeCe Rogers, his artistic footprint stretches across genres and borders. A driving force in ensembles like No One Else and Sails, Tommaso helped bring contemporary gospel to venues like Blue Note Milan and international festivals. He spent over a decade as musical director and guitarist of TEKA P, and in 2008, toured Italy with CeCe Rogers for StandUp – A Gospel Revolution. His ongoing work with BlackAce has taken him to prestigious festivals including Montreux Jazz Festival.
As a vocal coach, Tommaso works closely with Max Pezzali (883) and serves as a coach for Area Sanremo, mentoring the voices that will define Italy’s music future.

As Head of Music and A&R at Bluebelldisc Music, she plays a pivotal role in developing both iconic and emerging talent, with creative ventures connected to legends such as Fabrizio De André, Pino Donaggio, and Andrea Morricone. Her genre-spanning collaborations include global stars like Tina Guo, Dargen D’Amico, and Grammy-nominated poet IN-Q.
Isabella’s music has captivated audiences at major international platforms including the Venice International Film Festival and the Rome Film Festival. Her critically acclaimed albums—Variazioni and The Never Ending Now, have garnered global praise and even Emmy Nomination and Grammy Consideration. With accolades such as the Apoxiomeno Award and Premio Troisi, Isabella is not only redefining the role of the modern composer and pianist, she is setting new standards in musical excellence. Her work resonates with emotional depth, technical brilliance, and visionary artistry, making her one of the most compelling figures in contemporary music today.
